Wherever I shouldn't be
Baton Rouge is not bad, and it's in the Eaton Centre. Nearby are Terroni and Nami on Adelaide.

Along King Street West you can find a selection of restaurants. Urban is my favourite (303 King St. W), but there's a wide range within a couple blocks.

Depends what you want.

If you want to feed the wife and kids without spending a ton of dough, then yeah, Baton Rouge is the place to go.

or Jack Asters at York and Front (not too far from where you are)

If you want a middle of the road decent meal, there's always the Keg at Church and Esplanade, or Jarvis and Wellesly. Decent food for about 50 bucks a head.

If you want a high end steak dinner, try Barbarians, or Mortons. Top notch food. About 70 to 100 a head.

If you want something unique, where everyone shares - Try Jamie Kennedy's Wine Bar on Church and Esplanade - small dishes, uniquie food, everyone shares. About 60 to 70 a head.

If you want to try a really cool restaurant with great food, though probably about 60 or 70 a head, try Globe Bistro at Danforth and Broadview.

If you want very good Italian, try Sotto Sotto at Avenue Road and Cumberland (roughly) just north of Bloor. About 50 to 60 a head.

All the above are 5 to 10 minutes from your local.

You'd be wise to call before leaving however.

No.

Sorry. Spoken like someone from Western New York who thinks that wings are really good eats.

Yikes.

Dunns at John and King if you're into the Deli sandwich thing, but if you want a meal, pass.

Give me a good diner or DELI and I am a happy camper..........Not every meal needs to have a 30 to 80 doallr price tag on it........A Rubin and a beer makes for a meal.

As I said, depends what you want.

I guess I'm a bit of a restaurant snob, unfortunately for my wallet and waist line....

With some coleslaw and a pickle.

If you are with kids, lets face it, you don't want an expensive meal. You want a place that is kid friendly.

Try the Organ Grinder on the Esplanade. Lots of pasta and pizza, some wine for the older folk. And noise.
