Other. My comment: Makes no difference to me. They are all in the core and for me they all require relatively the same effort and parking fees.

Logically, anything with convenient access to the subway would make sense for those who use public transit as well as out of towners who don't rent a car.

Yonge and college is cloest, but way too many pedestrians, I say Bay and Gerard's Chelsea is best

Any where on the PATH is great.....thousands of workers in the attached buildings and no need to walk outside, get in a car or take transit!
