Is it me or is the media down playing every thing or toning it down? I just read the report below and I am like wow the % went down. No way I see it more at work and out in public. Is every institute saying "we don't have a rise in health issues" is ridiculous. More people on the planet more issues arise.

I used to see 1-3% thrown around a lot and this is just a wider range of 0.5-5%
