If the TTC was actually giving out fines for fare evasion they wouldn't be short $124 million.

There are over 100 different types of parking violations, most of which are more than $30 up to $450 and the city actually collects that money because if people don't pay, there are consequences.

Why are you making excuses for fare evaders and the city's reluctance to stop them?

$124 million in fare evasion that council is too lazy to collect so they raise everyone's taxes instead and then brag about a $63 million "surplus"???
