Great investment! That's what happens when you take responsibility away from the incompetent city council.
Thank goodness DoFO is looking after the city!
Toronto council can get back to important stuff like renaming parks that homeless people sleep in.
I agree, now that Chow is in place and the useless Tory is gone so much more is getting done
And there is a surplus as well.

Next Chow has to get DoFo to fix the LTC issues.

Thanks for ageeing that DoFO is making good progress!
Chow has done nothing except raise taxes and help rename a square while pissing off Toronto Jews. Nothing to show for all the money that is coming in except for motherhood statements.
Thank goodness DoFo bailed her out so that the adults in the province can actually get things done.

Loser.

Chow raised taxes and Toronto has a surplus.
Not DoFo.

DoFo gave Ontario its biggest deficit and debt ever.
He's more interested in sending LCBO money to his american billionaire buddies

When Chow and the dumdum city council lefties fuck up, Duggo has to step in and fix things.
WTF are you quacking about.

I know you have stated before that the Gardiner is like heroin for your driving needs, but get your frickin facts straight.

It was under a previous administration and a previous council in which the worst laid plans of right-wing mice and men were approved to rehab this concrete monstrosity and move it's eastern end a few inches to the north. All to cost billions and all to cause traffic congestion, gridlock and mayhem for a decade.

This previous administration was a fuckin right-wing John Tory admin and this previous council was a right-wing council dominated by right-wing suburban car sluts.

And to boot, the whacko right-wing Douggie admin at the should be condemned Pink Palace has AGREED to pay for the costs of the Gardiner and DVP in totality beginning in 2024.

So this fable of Premier Cottage coming to the rescue is a myth. He owns the Gardiner in all of it's inglorious, ugly totality.

He is contractually obligated. He now owns the Gardiner starting in 2024.

If those roads were not taken over by the province, Toronto wouldn't be in a better place financially despite raising taxes.

TTC lost $124 million last year in fare evasion. Chow has and won't do anything about that.

I guess it's just easier to raise taxes rather than actually doing real work to address where the money is going.

You need to get your facts straight before you continually cut/paste the same incorrect info...makes you look foolish and lazy.

Get up to speed, then come back with what you've discovered.

Are you genuinely upset because this shouldn't be priority or you're just upset Duggo is doing good work?

Fare evasion, commuting scofflaw answers? Easy.

Ticket and fine fare and parking scofflaws/evaders the same $$$.

So why aren't they doing that?
I mean if they were, TTC wouldn't be losing $124 million right?

So?

No, the TTC would still be losing money to fare evaders, BUT:

it would balance out by the $400 plus fines to parking scofflaws and evaders.

You sounded peachy frickin keen on ticketing and fining TTC and parking scofflaws, the same right?

Fare evasion has nothing to do with parking.
People already pay for parking and get fined heavily for parking in some places they shouldn't.

Hasn't fixed the loss of $124 million due to fare evasion.
