With an election coming up, its time to list Doug Ford's corruption and failures.
This will go one at a time, with updates to the full list.
Starting with the highest monetary corruption scandal in Canadian history.
1) - The Greenbelt Scandal - Doug Ford rezoned farmland at the request of his wedding guest/donors, giving them a reported $8 billion windfall before a single house was built.
2) Sending out $200 checks before he announces an election despite running the biggest deficit in Ontario history.
3) Bill 124 - A bill to freeze nurses wages while giving his own cabinet raises. Taken to court, Ford wasted $4.3 of Ontario money losing in court followed by $6.7 billion in retroactive wages.
4) Using agency nurses instead of publicly funded nurses. Ford did this for two reasons, one to award contracts to corporate agencies and two, to try to attack the nurses union. This cost Ontario $1 billion. Confirmed by the auditor.
5) $225 million contract to build the Scarborough Subway Extension to a sanctioned Russian Oligarch.
