The goverments at the municipal and federal levels are curently conservative. If the province puts in a conservative premier, then Bill Blair will be out as Toronto Police Chief and the replacement will be in league with Ford and Harper. The Toronto Police chief is usually a polictical appointment by the premier, ( Fantino under the conservatives, Blair under McQuinty). I predict that much heat will come upon the sex trade in Toronto and rub and tugs will be under very very heavy scrutiny.
