Ran across this in a discussion with someone about "safety" and SPs.

Someone suggested that they would be OK with BBBJ as acceptable risk, but not DATY.

This seems to be a bit of a double standard to me, based on the idea that an SP is possibly in a higher risk category than the hobbiest (although that would depend on the hobbiest. Someone who partook in some of the more dangerous Asian countries would be a higher exposure risk than a SP who played safe in TO, I would think).

However, I wonder how common such requests/standards are.

How many of the ladies find such a double standard objectionable? If a client stated their limits as such, how many would object or be offended?

Well, I could see how a guy would find BBBJ acceptable because afterall, he's the receiver.......

But any exchange of bodily fluids carries risk whether it is saliva, cum, pre-cum, natural lube...whatever.

?
Given that most people understand the viral "load" in saliva to be much lower (almost non-existant for most std's) than in vaginal fluid, logic would dictate that most people would then agree that receiving a BBBJ is safer that performing DATY.

I saw another one on CL... she posted that rimming was ok... for her to receive it, but she would not give it.
