No celebrity comparison here, just a personal anecdote. Apparently I have a fellow hobbyist doppelganger out there.
Several years ago I went to a spa, and when I walked in the manager asks is everything ok? I was a bit confused and I said yes I'm here to see X. She says didn't you just see her? I said no my appointment is now and I just got here. She still looked confused but said ok and took me to the room.
When the MPA came in the room she said you're back already. Then I finally clued in and realized her last client looks just like me. I told her that was a different guy, and she was surprised and said we really do look alike. I guess we must sound alike too.
It's pretty crazy that my doppelganger and I booked the same girl on the same day just an hour apart. I sometimes wonder if he's on these forums and we might be aware of each other.

Do a DNA test , upload it to the net / DNA sites and maybe you have a brother.
The reason I say this is because I saw a woman that looked like someone I know. Got talking to her, both women met, did a DNA and they were half sisters. This story never hit the media. But all parents are dead. So you can never guess where this went.
Actually you should ask the MP or SPA to contact your double for both of you to meet at the Spa.

Reminds me of that old joke. Old prospector rides into town on his mule. Walks into a saloon and asks the bartender where he can get a piece of ass. Bartender says go upstairs and knock on the door of room 220. Prospector goes upstairs and knocks on the door. Voice says "what do you want?" Prospector says " I want a piece of ass". Voice responds "slide $20.00 under the door" . Prospector does as asked and stands and waits. Nothing happens. After 10 minutes he knocks loudly on the door and voice says" What do you want?" Prospecter yells " I want to get fucked". Voice responds "What, again?"
