If you read the article you would notice that he does not expect to win. He is only doing it to make a point. I don't particularly agree with his point, but I understand why he might make it.

So...it's OK by you to start a frivolous lawsuit that he doesn't expect to win, tying up a civil court that COULD be mediating a legitimate lawsuit....no wonder you don't think he's a doofus...

As for not doing Goober, that could be a mistake. At the last TERB party when us three were talking, Goober pointed our attention to the stage.
I can't be certain, but beleive he 'did' me while standing before our heads turned back because I know I had panties on moments earlier.
