Sometimes angels come when you most need them.
Looks like it was staged. The camera zooms in and out and pans. No one came to help with all the commotion. The Heimlich Maneuver was not done properly, the hands should be wrapped around the stomach. If the choking victim was too fat he shoul be bent over a chair.
