Just 2 cents, but I like D C. He speaks his mind. Is unabashedly pro Canadian. Knows the game of hockey.
Do I agree with everything he says. No.
Is your dislike for him based on the fact that he is an old, uneducated man, who mispronounces names on a weekly basis and is somewhat boorish. If you are a hockey person you listen to what he has to say about the game and sift out the crap he dispenses. His knowledge of the game is what I want to hear.

Exactly you dont follow hockey so it makes sense that you assume he knows hockey inside out. He knows hockey of course but he is so outdate and simple minded. He has one way of thinking and does not stray from it in hockey and life. Its an easy way to go through life as you take one stand and never veer from it.
