Um...it doesn't matter who you are. You hire us, you pay. We aren't in the business of seeing someone high profile for free, or ANYONE else for that matter. The screening methods for most high profile men are a bit tighter and go both ways but freebies don't exist.
Trust me on that.
From a purely business POV this makes sense. What value is there in a freebie for the SP? There's no opportunity for marketing or other value for an SP's business so why do it other than because you want to be with the PM or whatever high profile client it is?
On the contrary it might be worth a premium wouldn't it?

It doesn't happen that way and I've been with my fair share.
Discretion is what these men pay for. We never look at it as a potential revenue booster if word gets out that I've been with so and so. That's the WORST thing that could happen to a provider! You think it would generate popularity from high profile clients who PAY for discretion to be with a provider who's known to the media? Let that marinate for a second.
Females who think this way are focused on the quick coin and not client retention. They are also known as groupies. There's a difference. Most times the guy won't even take you seriously because if he was with you for free? Then he figures that's how it is. That's not how the game works.
That's like hanging out with an exotic dancer and getting a few dances for free because your "famous" and it would do well for my business for people to know I danced for so and so...
We generate business regardless. But don't contact me for my services and expect just because you have a certain Twitter follow count or are on TV that some how it comes free for you because I'll generate revenue "later". What can I do with free NOW? Laugh. That's what.
Actually no, high profile clients as well as clients in general would see that you don't respect their discretion and privacy and wouldn't consider using you or using you again.

Yes. It's how you market yourself in person (websites with your information matter less if at all), who you know, where to frequent downtown and definitely not through regular channels like review boards or unscrupulous sites like backpage. But you'll never hear about it. That's how it's supposed to be and how it really is.
It's kind of like the scene in Vegas at casinos and pool parties in Miami.
