Many of the MP's do the same thing. I think they are just trying to ensure your privacy. If I am going to a private incall or private massage, I prefer that there is no other person there. Client or otherwise.

I saw a regular at the incall location of another regular (they are friends, and when I asked the first if she was available she said yes, so long as I didn't mind coming over to the second lady's place). Second lady was home at the time. Felt weird having sex with one while the other was in the living room. It also seemed to me that the vibe changed with me and second lady as well after that. Texts didn't seem as friendly at first, and then it took longer and longer to get a reply from her. I finally gave up trying to contact her even though I felt like I was going to miss having sessions with her.
I can count on one hand the number of times there have been other people in an incall other than my date. One of those was because I set it up that way, and as Urban Cowboy writes, I'm sure the sounds made by girl #1 helped with girls #2 and 3!
On another occasion (Skittles of the now-defunct BonBons), my date and I could hear the sounds of the other couple in the suite (2 bedroom condo but the bedrooms were separated by the kitchen and living room and I never saw the other guy) but we took it as healthy competition. We must have done something right as the other girl that was there eventually knocked on our door and asked Skittles "wanna trade?"

I've seen agency girls who shared a condo with. On a few occasions I've heard sounds from the action in the next room. It kind of turns me on to have a soundtrack of a girl moaning or some such while I'm getting it on with my date. As UC said, who doesn't like the sounds of sex? Well, I suppose lots of people don't. But I imagine those of us in this hobby are much more likely than the average person to be turned on by the sounds.
Having to wait at the end of session like the OP says can be a little annoying. But it also means more time with your lady, which can be enjoyable. Especially if she's chatting with you naked.

It only happened to me once... I was on my way out. The second lady stopped her guy while I exited. All pointless since 2 minutes later, he shows up at the elevator. Both of us looked like we'd just been fucked silly. Which we had been. Awkward silence at the door...

I was at an in-call recently. Unbeknownst to me she had booked back to back. Next client showed up early and knocked on the door while I was there. SP sent him away but he parked 10 feet from me and could plainly see me exit the ground-floor condo. Stared at my feet the whole way to my car as he watched me come out, get in my car, and drive away.

I had to laugh last night. I went for an appt with a semi-regular lady, and she shares a work apartment with another lady. We go down the hall to her room, and pass by the room the other lady works in. She wasn't there but the door was open. My lady glances in and says "Oh my god, someone is in for a time tomorrow". The other lady had already laid out a bunch of whips, handcuffs and other dom stuff. I had seen her myself a couple times and didn't think she did that stuff, but whatever, no problem to me. I joked to the lady I was seeing "You should call her up and see what time that appointment is, and I'll come back 15 minutes earlier and we can just listen to how that plays out". Can you just imagine, you are laying there making out with a lady when you hear a crack of a whip through the wall lol.
