I have been hobbying for a while now and been using my real number but recently ventured into apps like Text Now, Hushed, and Burner.
Is there an safety / discretion advantage with using something like Hushed? What other ways do you guys use, like prepaid phones?

If you go with reputable agencies or Independent ladies you have nothing to worry about. Don't mention anything explicit over the phone just in case. Now if you wish to play Russian Roulette and look for Gems on backpage then perhaps using Text me is the best way to go about it. I would recommend stick to Terb and be safe. You might pay a bit more but for the most part in life you get what you pay for. Sometimes you might get lucky and get more for less but for the piece of mind I would stick to well reviewed agencies or Independent Ladies.

Thanks

Can you shed some light on whether agencies delete their call and text records? What other ways is client's information protected?

If they know your name already when booking, then they are retaining your contact details, probably to screen out black-listed clients, but it is also a bit worrying. That is why it is best to be very discrete in providing any information to anyone including agencies.

Prepaid cellphone is best. Virgin mobile is good. You can register not using real name.

Never use your real number. Get a burner or use a VoIP number.

Certain agencies (I will not name them) keep a record by phone number of every time you see a SP and now how many times. Now imagine if that list ever gets into the wrong hands???

You don't need to worry about your privacy when contacting agencies. A list of client contact numbers is never retained by most agencies. Because all recent calls and text messages are deleted after each shift and all incoming calls are screened such that, calls with no caller ID or private can't go through, or are required to announce a name of the caller before it goes through, or its sent directly to voicemail for the caller to leave a message and contact number if the caller was actually a serious enquirer.

However, most of the time all those extra precautions are not necessarily for the agencies who book calls on behalf of their girls and we do the screening manually, unless otherwise the girls will be answering the calls for themselves, if that's the case then the client should have every right to worry about the privacy of the contact number as same with contacting an independent. But not with agencies as we screen both clients upon booking and girls also upon hiring.

With the case of blocked numbers. Whenever booking, we usually just ask callers on blocked numbers to call back with a real number. Only blacklisted numbers are retained in order to block those psycho callers from ever calling back again, and callers from Apps can also be blocked. Those can be very disturbing especially the bp callers.

I stopped using my real number after I received a number of threats and vulgar messages to my social media profiles that were linked to that number. I've since used a new app and while it's not perfect, it beats having to carry around 2 phones and paying for 2 cell bills (I did that for a while). I'll admit, it was nice to be able to shut my work phone off when I wasn't working, but it's nice having everything on one phone. I would not use your personal number, real name or even your real email address. It can be linked to a lot of things online and someone can find out a lot about you. For the most part, I think the women you contact won't do anything with the information, but I've heard many stories of people being harassed and people attempting to blackmail them. One woman showed up to a guy's house because he had his house up for sale online. She googled his number and got his full name, address ect.

I use a separate prepaid burner phone, and a also a separate email address. A separate phone and plan costs a bit extra, but it's good for SPs that don't accept texts from apps/Skype/Fongo/etc., and you can actually make calls if necessary.

There are several prepaid plan options, but I like Speakout: http://www.speakout7eleven.ca/. You can go into a 7-11 store and buy a SIM card, airtime voucher, and even a phone for cash. You don't need to give them a name, so nothing is traceable to you.
