Boy, is this the wrong forum for that question. Once you get past so many years of hobbying, you realize that only a handful are memorable...my first rimming experience, the Russian hooker in Athens, the fashion model in Shanghai, my first massage parlor in Toronto.
In my younger days I could recall the first 100, after that I stopped trying to keep track. In the last 10-15 years the ladies I see multiple times. One lady I saw once a week or two, but she left the city and returned 4 times in the 12 years I was seeing her. I had one lady kick me out of her life one time and then called me back a year later. Then she kicked me out again because she said that I only see her because of her three cats. She got that right, I have know these kitties since they were kittens. Towards the end I enjoyed their company better than hers.

Definitely not. I remember the men in my civilian life, not all the women (been more women than men) , as for clients well I have been doing this for more than one decade, so no, thought most of the time I do have a general idea of who they are.
This year I found a review foe a girl I was going to see and it was my review from last year and then another girl with nrp I accidentally seen twice.
