Do you like it when SPs initiate a conversation with you during the session?

I'm happy to answer.
Generally speaking, I am a bit anxious at the start of my appointments. I worry my wife might, my office etc...... so I really prefer to forgo the small talk and get to it. Don't get me wrong I enjoy the SP's company and my vote is in no way anything against the girl, it's just my own anxiousness to get going.
I should say though that this is really only with new SPs, I don't mind it as much with girls I am repeating with.

For me, dirty talk is a big yes, but general chat is not what appeals to me.
