I remember awhile ago reading something along this line here. An independent SP would marry one of her regulars and retire from the biz, something like that. I can't remember the SP.

Though I agree, to clarify it a bit more, a dating relationship with an SP and even a friendship with an SP is very difficult for many reasons.
To the OP,its up to you to make it happen between you two. It does not matter how we think or what kind of advice we give it out to you. You da man you will do it if you think that the risk of asking her out is well worth it!

thanks for your story saxxon. I believe everyone has a story to them, we're all human no? Under what actions that we come to be where we are now, we're just where we are now right? I mean I can't judge people for what they do because I'm far from perfect myself. We all gotta work and I find myself a slave to my job with all bullshiet I take sometimes because of the conditions and sometimes who you work under. I get paid like dirt and make like around like what two visits of a sp would make in a week, but i'm stuck where I am at the moment.
Sometimes you become friends with people because they are good people to start with. Just wanted to see if people had these situation with the ladies and also good to see the different views people have with this subject.

It's not something I encourage nor condone, but I personal have gone on private dates with regulars. Would I do it again? We're all human, and sometimes we can't help who we're attracted to

Yes and it's also an unwritten general rule not to get personally involved.
I've also met SPs who worked incognito to elude abusive or jealous S.O.'s who wanted to out them, etc., so sometimes the 'profession' and relationships don't turn out well.
