The only way you can really get one is to commission a survey and ask the question to a projectable sample of women in the GTA and get your answer that way.

I think a lot of civilians understand the term "happy ending", the same way they understand the streetwalker phenomenon or the "escort" term nowadays.
However, I don't think that many civilian women truly understand how widely marketed (underground) this industry is.

I doubt "civilian" women have any idea, or if they do, it's one from TV and movies. Certainly they're not aware of the volume or actual activities.
You could probably get away with saying you went for a massage and reasonably expect them not to know the exact nature of the contact, but saying you go weekly without a chronic health issue might raise some questions.

At dinner the other night my teenage daughter brought up something about "men squeezing boobies" at the strip club. I can't speak to all women, but 2 I've dated, plus 1 neighbour definitely know.
