Was in Florida Disney World in the summer ...damn park entrance tickets are EXPENSIVE !!
Noticed a little booth in a plaza while driving around, advertising park tickets at like $45 US ... that's almost half off !! Just wondering if anyone ever bought park tickets from one of those little booths ... are they legit ??
Thanks

I can not tell you if this is the case with the Disney tickets, in New York and London there are Push Ticket sellers that sell show tickets. They would rather have a bum in the seat and make some money instead of making $0.00. These are like the last minute cut rate vacation deals you can get for vacations. I am guessing that these Disney tickets are not available all the time. When the Disney park has not met their quota by a certain hour they will authorize the Push Ticket sellers to sell cut rate tickets. There are probably restrictions, like the tickets are only good that day and must be used or they will expire.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you have to sit through some kind of a time share presentation to get them.

This is the catch. Will take up to half a day.
I've used this service before. Not huge savings, but enough that it was worth it for me at the time.

Even CAA, etc don't give much of a break on Disney tickets. They don't need help selling them. The real deals are on the packages they offer when you stay on site at one of the resorts. But then you end up spending the money on food, etc.

If your taking the wee ones Disney is fine, but for real fun you want to hit up Universal Studios. You can get a 3-day park hopper pass for about 129. Same price as one day at the Mouse. Rides are a lot better for anyone over say 10 years old. Worth it just for the Harry Potter area alone and the Rip Ride Rocket in the new park.

I was just there in Oct. We got a hell of a deal, 10 days at All Star Movies resort, 3 full meals a day inc snacks and dessert. Passes to every park inc the water parks all for only $950. CAN each.. The only additional cost was the 2 day pass for Universal Studios which we paid $47.USx2 for the Halloween Haunt weekend.

With air and Disney it came to $1400.
