Dish Net-Work In Canada!

Each day we are loosing various channels from our Ultra-2000 Dish Receiver Box, and its becoming very difficult & disgusting since the beginning of 2009.
How come FTA has not been able to break their lock or heck the signals of various channels which are being telecast through Dish Net-Work.
They dont even have any office over here in Canada, so one can get their dish regularize with them what they are advertising that for first 6-months they are regularizing all irregulars with just $9.99/per month.
Anyone has any knowledge can our present receiver (Ultra-2000) can be upgraded to receive those blocked signals, so all channels can be freely received by our receiver and telecast on our TV monitor like few months ago?
Any concerete information how to solve this ever-lasting disgusting probem
All adult channels have also gone off the air since over a month now, how to get them back? is a million $ question. Technical Advise sought LOL!

One of the exemptions from the FTA was cultural industries which includes cable and telecommunications. That is why having Direct TV or Dish Net was and is illegal here.

Dishnetwork has used the same technology as Bell, which is Nagara 3. There is no hack for this system presently, and soon all of Dishnetwork will be inaccessible to anyone who is not a subscriber as they have almost completed the transition from Nagara 2 which was hacked, to Nagara 3. No subscription are available to those with a Canadian address from Dishnetwork as they do not have CRTC permission to have customers in Canada at present.

Get used to it, the glory days of FTA are behind us imo.
Reports that a unit that connects to the internet is partially open, but none of the pay channels.sorry, name escapes me.

I believe you're talking about Solaris which theres a thread in here.
From what I understand, nothing is sure right now. So I wouldnt get a new box til all changes are finalized and there is some sort of confirmation what works and doesnt.
They currently do not have a solution but just a workaround. I'm only not getting the Intl and adult channels right now and strangely cp24. Hopefully these new changes once finished will not affect me greatly as its pretty new.
They were not suppose to lose any cdn channels when the first changes came about, but to everyones surprise I believe, it was lost for about a week. I hear PPV is next to go.
