Discussion or Lounge sections for the regions?

After some posts yesterday between a few members in the Durham section someone had suggested perhaps it might be ideal to have a Discussion or Lounge section for the different regions? There are certain topics that don't seem to fit in other more general areas of the board, nor in the obvious 411 or review sections.

Perhaps something to consider if it hasn't already been put on the radar of the staff.
