I am very new to this and I have a question. I contacted an SP the other day (haven't followed through yet), but she discussed her services in our text messages. She is on BP but no reviews.

You might want to review the law yourself, she can discuss services all she wants, after all it's not illegal for her to sell sex. It is however Illegal for you to purchase sex and therefor discussing services ie: asking for specific acts, services puts you in legal jeopardy, especially if there's a written record of it , let's say you do eventually (unlikely) end up communicating with an undercover officer.
