Hum seriously, without knowing for sure, I would bet these girls are Catholic and not Islamic. Albania has a big catholic population.

Italy went to war with the Ottoman Empire in 1906, the result of it was Lybia became an Italian Colony and Albania became a Protectorate. Albania got it's full independence after WW II - but the Communists took it over. The ties between the two countries remains strong.
