I like Kennedy too but is he running for the leadership? I thought he wasn't going to run?

I know he ran for the last Lib leadership, but don't know about his current plans. Bob Rae will put an automatic ceiling in Lib support since a LOT of people simply can't stand the idiot. Ignatieff is better but his Bush love-in days will haunt him with the electorate for sure. Kennedy is just a smart, all-round decent guy IMHO, kinda like the Lib version of Peter McKay.

Well now there are murmurs that Dion will be out by end of next week. That could be good or bad for the coalition depending on who the next leader is.

When Parliament returns Harper should a clause to the budget forcing the Liberal Part to repay the millions it syphoned during the Ad-Scam debacle.

We won't solve our problems with the 'thinking' that created them. Never mind the debacle of trying to come up with the numbers,
that would absolutely guarantee the defeat of the Harper government, 143<everybody else. Bingo, back to crisis time.

If an election was forced by the coalition the polls indicate that Harper would get his majority. Let's see if the coalition has learned anything.

A 'what if' isn't a majority, and Harper hasn't gotten one yet. More to the point, he needs the coalition of 'everybody-but-Conservatives to throw him a few votes or abstain to stay in power.

Even dumber behaviour by the coalition doesn't necessarily translate into votes for a leader so transparently manipulative and vindictive and a party so ideologically rigid.

But lets see; interesting times ahead, and the election budget to end all election budgets. Hmm Would that be a structural, a technical or a spend like the Liberals deficit. Oh yeah, sorry, the Liberals ran surpluses.
