Unlike you, I saw and read Mirage's ad. a few days ahead and followed the instructions to book, which was online (email) since it was advance booking. As happened on the previous time, there was a screw-up and I didn't get any response for two days. Then followed with some back and forth emails. By that time, the time slots that I could get away were all gone. Later, I was told to call but the instructions on their ads say Phone lines open 9 AM - email anytime for pre-bookings! implying that for advance booking, one should book by email (online) - and I did just that! :frusty:
