This post makes little sense. The first part, the senate bill talking about guaranteed basic income makes no mention of the use of stablecoins. Now, there is another bill, C-15, which does mention the creation of some type of digital currency, but they are not part of the same bill. So, I don't know what the "Carney Files" thinks its trying to do, besides fear mongering.
