For sure. There are alot of clients that book SP's and not have sex. And that is why the services and functions of an SP are far more advanced then that of SW's.

Then why not be an escort or conduct business in closed quarters rather then parading the streets? Isn't this much more illegal? If they have day jobs, or are independent then why not practice actual business policy like all the other agencies or independent SP's?

I know of at least two escorts that work the street and work for an agency.
You may call an agency and they have two girls working or they may have six:: If these girls do not have any calls they hit the street and work there till they get the call on their cell to go to agency . Also ALL the money they make on the street is 100% theirs instead of splitting with said agency . So I quess in this case escort and street walker are one and the same .
As too escorts providing different services than street girls :: I would think street girls are more apt to do the risky thingys like bare back for more money. As opposed to the call girl offering more girl friend stuff like cuddling and such.
