I don't talk about extras. I would like to know the opinions about the massage quality between RMT and Massage Parlour.
I hear sometimes things about some Asian provider who it's almost RMT quality.
But IMO in general RMT were most expensive massage and sometimes don't delivery quality in the same level.

I
It's hit and miss, but Lorena, Abby, and Allison xoxo shine in this rnt style cat.listed in order of options available
I didn't tried any of these. But Abby for example has a lot of great reviews about her massage techniques. I'm pretty sure she's better than a lot of RMT

RMT normally stands for Registered Massage Therapist, those that have been trained.

So, for me when I say RMT level, is someone that know what they are doing, they gonna asked low, medium, hard pressure, area where you have pain, you will see that they have a specific technique and flow during the massage that they adapt to the area/time, they will do stretching.

All of this is ok independent from the ending. Which sometimes you have (eg., from the ladies mentioned above), other time you don't. This is too relax lol

I would say 90% Asian spa fit this category. Often or always better trained than any North American.

AMP, Asian Massage Parlor

Could be RMT or not ... But on this board when AMP is mentioned is mostly to get a quick body rub, not so relaxing, more to get excited and you are going at this place for the ending, where you can get a list of options.

I pretty much favour AMP because of the massage quality, the price and the ending. Most Asian places have at a minimum a decent cultural understanding of what a deep tissue massage is (in Asian countries, deep tissue reflexology or shiatsu massages are common). Even if they’re not formally trained they can do a much better massage than your usual western girl. Don’t get me wrong, I love going to Alpha, CMJ and the likes, but when I go it’s for a completely different experience.

The places like Dream Spa/ Joy Spa and few other etc..you can count on getting a very good massage comparable to trained RMTs. Most girls there have been trained in doing massage back home and they do work hard for their money and extra tips whether the extra services are provided or not. As for AMPs, it's hit and miss as they are not in the business of fixing your back but fixing your other needs :) The only Asian independents that can do massage like RMTs are Abby and Julie downtown.

AMP come across as massage focused with an HE but I will say my best quality massages outside of an actual RMT have been Lacey at ATPS, Raven at Hush, Alison Indy, and Vivienne at Alpha. Most spas like to get to the fun part as quick as possible but these ladies make sure to take good care of the massage. In fact, the Happy Middle or Happy Beginning makes the massage that much more relaxing imo.

I prefer it that way too, beginning.
I've found in the last 5 years fs has become the norm at amp, versus the odd girl that went for it .A lot of spas girls have fixed rates that reflect fs, and massage he rates are not offered.

Agreed with you. Mia on Dream Spa for example, has a great technique of stretching/massage. Alice has a great massage too, but she's not there anymore

In the Pure massage beauty (prince of wales) Celina was amazing, really good massage/stretching. And they had a Chinese girl Alice, I never understood how someone so young can have too many quality about massage. But both of these it's not there anymore
