Wow, perhaps the most ignorant and clueless statement made on this fourm in a long time!
I know two ladies who are recently out the industry and would beg to differ with you. One has the scars to prove it.

I always figured that being able to speak directly to the girls was a matter of a more personal touch, but I am glad to learn that clients actually view "text only" as suspicious. (At GP, the girls are sometimes available via phone, but always directly available via email)
And Chantelle, in a perfect world no girls would be in the sex industry against their will or on someone else's terms. As an agency owner for 6 months and with over a decade in the industry, I must sadly correct you. There are girls still out there with pimps. Some call them boyfriends and believe their controlling behaviour to be loving, but those of us without rose-coloured glasses can blatantly see the obvious pimp-type relationship. I would even go so far as to venture that some agencies are pimps when they constantly harass you to work, take a large percentage of your earnings, and control the terms on which you see clients. Unfortunately, not all escorts/massage attendants/strippers are as assertive as you or I. But only a few weeks ago, I had the unfortunate luck to deal with a girl who was being pimped by her boyfriend and this jerk thought he was going to tell me how the entire agency should be run! So I can confirm, sadly, that pimps are not an imagined evil. They are very real. But with the reviews shared here and other places, hopefully enough boycotting will make them a thing of the past. Kudos to you gents for choosing not to endorse those providers who are not doing this on their own terms.
