If I have paid a deposit - is there any way to get it back - now that the provider has said she is no longer taking clients and semi-retired?
She could give it back.. But other than that , legal action, and illegal retrieval no. You proably win legal action if done right, she may just correct the situation, and the last, well easy to do but if it goes wrong . ..If I have paid a deposit - is there any way to get it back - now that the provider has said she is no longer taking clients and semi-retired?
