to avoid letting people get away easily. we try to make it as difficult as possible to leave.

you'll have to pay 50 bitcoins to qualify for account deletion. That is after you answer the question on why you want to leave. then the mod will take a full day to mull over whether the reason you have given as to why you want to leave is good enough.

I heard of a good trick to stop yourself from logging in.
Change you password to something you can't remember. You can also change you email to an account that has a password you don't remember.
