Morgan sounds like she has lot's of energy and wit. While baiting a psychotic maybe be dangerous, there is no reason she should be quite or not warn others about this obviously malicious person.

This probably works for him with some and the more women that are warned, the less that number will be. Just leaving a rabid dog alone, won't guarantee that it won't try to bite you.

People complain about politicians being secretive and the problems that causes. It seems to me that secrecy in this industry is far more damaging.

As I said before I don't think this was spam or just a prank e-mail. This guy is serious. To break it down into simple terms... this guy is trying to blackmail SPs into free service. IMNSHO that is the same thing as rape. Or in this case since he got nowhere... atempted rape. And he should be dealt with accordingly.

There was no blackmail in the initial email, as reported in the first post of this thread. And to equate that to rape or attempted rape, is just completely off the wall silly.
If someone goes into MacDonald and ask them for e free big mac, is that robbery?

PS: If the person subsequently issues threats. that is a different story.

PPS: The best approach for these kind of messages is not "to deal with them", but to ignore them. Maybe this case even is a case in point.

And we are not talking about burgers here... we are talking about sexual services. But... just to equalize your comparison a little. It's one thing if I go into McDees and ask for a free burger. It's another thing if I go to the manager and say I want free food or I will tell your wife you are cheating on her.

Lawsuit? Just what the hell isthis guy suing for? The chance to redeem his sterling reputation among the sex providers and clients? His right to pursue free sex? A free session itself? This guy has no power here, except to make more idle threats. Ignore him. Block him. Follow sae booking procedures to ensure this creep doesnt show up at your location. Whats the worst that could happen?

It is this courts judgement that Ms. Ellis be ordered to provide said sexual favors, and to deny the validity and authenticity of these emails and their source, thereby rendering them nonexistant. And besides she totally twisted their meaning anyway.

I don't doubt for a second that this entire scenario is true and legitimate. There are a lot of losers out there and I know for a fact that there are a lot of losers who run review boards who demand "enhanced" service from SPs (and, no, I'm not including TERB in that). Some of the big US boards have been caught blackmailing/extorting services from SPs.

The first email was polite, yet a veiled threat of blackmail to hurt her business. The next ones were angry with violent swearing and threating personal harm. Morgan, I think you're handling this well by exposing him and contacting other SPs to beware of him. Silence would only aid him, I'm sure he could be successful at this review for sex deal with a few more naive women out there.
