Update- Well she finally replied to one of my messages indicating that she is down for a session but left no further information. I don't know if I'm making progress or just spinning my wheels but it's something.

Jim, literally took me 4 messages with conversations.. Almost gave up till we started talking about the session we were going to do at the hotel
