I found this list amusing and I don't consider myself to be racist at all. The stereotype these comments refer to are common themes you hear in rap music and see in the videos. This is a stereotype that famous rap singers bring on themselves by writing music/producing videos that are all about sex/drugs/violence etc.
I'm not saying all African-Americans are like this, far from it! However, famous (thus influential) "black" musicians PRESENT themselves in this manner.
Wonderful role models for our children, wouldn't you say?

The only problem with this reasoning is that you have to know that while it is ok for rappers to talk this stuff, the second a white person says it it becomes racist!!! (I don't agree but anyways).
Now if it offends anyone I say: lighten up. Was there ANYTHING that was not true in the OP?
This so reminds me of when those white girls were shotgunned at the just desserts restaurant on Dupont: They released a stat that showed black people committed 50 or 60% of the crimes with only 20% of the population. The black "leaders" of the city were outraged....well, I said yeah, be outraged, and then do something about it, don't be mad at the stats, be mad that the stats were what they were.
If you want a real laugh, and I still can't believe they say what they do, watch the comedy specials "white boys in the 'hood". Oh f me it's funny.....(the premise is where they get pure white bread comics to perfom at the apollo theatre to an almost all black/hispanic crowd....man, the crowd reactions are PRICELESS......on more than one occasion I was laughing so hard tears were running down my cheeks...seriously, if you can rent it, do it.....
