Short of gargling with some type of antiseptic mouthwash, if there is such a thing formulated for this, I'm not sure there is really much else you can do. Seeing escorts is a risky activity as it is, and doing any type of bare services adds to it. I'm not willing to not do this particular thing with women who like it, so unless they have some unhealthy odour that turns me off of eating them, I just have to trust they are looking after themselves because my face is going to look like a glazed donut and I'm probably swallowing some amount of her juices
