Very true justawildchild and you make a good point which I agree with totally. But, if you are at the Keg and order their burger for $16 (if they have burgers, I can't remember lol) it shouldn't look or taste like a Big Mac. There are many very good sp's in the $200-$240 hour range. However, there are even more not providing quality professional service. That was my point I was trying to make. Now many sp's don't like to list or even give a list of menu items when requested. If I don't see reviews which describe the services an sp offers I am going to ask her politely. Most sp's answer, some are vague while others never reply. That's fine. But, I have been burned way too many times not to ask ahead of time. My hygene is impecable and I am decent looking and fit. So, although an sp can't verify that ahead of time most professionals will stand by their menu as long as the client is clean and respectful.
