I'm always suspicious when they start changing their names. She was Janelle James, then Daisy and back to Janelle J now. I'm sure there's likely 3-4 stereotypes of clients and experienced providers can almost immediately tell which one we are and react accordingly. Seeing the human is always a good approach.
