Off and on for 10 years or so. I'm kind of done with it now. But I partake about every so often. It's hard explain why I stopped. But there was a time when I was pooning almost 4 times a week. It's a interesting part of society. It's unfortunate about the dark sides.
Regularly only since the beginning of this year - 2 to 3 times per month and only agencies. Before that only independents for 2 years or so but not frequently at all - once every 3 or 4 months.
To me this activity is very similar to any other kind of "vice" - the big key is control: financially, emotionally, health and safety, relations with others, etc. For me this started as a sexual need, and by now has also developed into other aspects: met all kinds of interesting persons, learned all kinds of things about myself and others, got to see how condo buildings should operate compared to the one I live in LOL
No regrets at all (so far at least), hope to continue as much as I can.
