I've been to Cuba 9 times in the past 5 years,i've been to 5 different cities in Cuba and if u wanna go & experience the whitest girls of all of Cuba go to Cienfuegos.You can't go wrong there or anywhere else in Cuba,if u want more info on Cuba PM me.
I may be down in Cienfuegos in the second wk of April... this sounds like great news to me. What's the average rate and would most 3-star resorts allow them in? I might be at the Rancho Luna... never been there so not sure what to expect. LOL

No resorts will allow working girls in the resorts--u have to use casa particulars/private homes for activities if u dont want 2 fuck in the bushes or woods
there r working girls on the Rancho Luna beach as well as in front of the property by the road or in the resort's parking lots
try the El Rapido drive-in restaurant in the city after 7pm-the cabs will take u there
Negotiate price as all girls can be had for less than $25
you can have a woman anytime of the day or night-the local disco 2kms is a good place for late night action

Cienfuegos is at least a 4hr drive away from Havana-all resorts in Cienfuegos will offer day,overnight or 3 day getaways to Havana-depending on price & availability

You are not really supposed to take some girl back to a casa or enywhere else at all, unless they registered you with her at some government office, also think the casa owner can do this for you.Escohort said:
People do rent out rooms for short visits, but it is illegal.
There is only a problem if the girl is caught with you.
D.R. is Much Better
Why bother with Cuba when u can go to the Dominican Republic and have a much better time with the putas. There are plenty of chica friendly hotels and u don't have to worry about being harrassed by the local authorities. As somebody that has been to both places numerous times (D.R. 26 trips and Cuba 11 times) there really is no comparison between the two. The main difference is that in the D.R. you will have a much harder time finding white putas.

This is not true. Some Casa's are licensed by the government to rent out rooms and pay a monthly tax for the priveledge. Girls can be taken to these casa's legally but must register with the owner. Some casa owners will not allow this. Some will only allow one girl to stay with you for the duration of your stay. The rules seem to differ depending on the city and change over time.KBear said:

Some resorts will allow you to sign a girl in with you for the day but she is not permitted to stay over night. This is only for use of the pool and for dinner/lunch.
The government office deal you are referring to is registration of the girl as officially your girlfriend. This permits her to travel with you freely without worry of police intervention. I believe it's referred to as a novia license. Casa owners cannot do this for you.
Havana is a favorite

I had my all inclusive in the resort, but then I rented a casa particular for $25/day.
The resort had all my stuff and ate but then I spent the the evenings at the casa. I could stay there with whom ever I wanted, and had no problems.
The owners (who were registered, BTW) were so cool they even had an older gentleman sit on our porch all night with a machete and dog making sure no one disturbed us....That old dude and I didn't have a common word between us, but we still wee hours before morning (after the girls left) drinking Cristal...
Have a great time. The discos are the best. I also never felt so safe...

This place was in a small town and the room was like a concrete dog house. Another place would allow one girl, but she would have to register, and another place would not allow any girls. The resort would allow you to bring a girl back for the day, the cost was $50, and they would record her information. There were also many unofficial rooms available.Speculating that if the girls are not even supposed to be having dinner with you, then they should not be in a room with you either, but it seemed the rules were never consistent. I was hanging around with a Canadian guy that lived there, and was more just curious, never did rent a room.
The disco in the area I was in was a total waist of time.

Holguin is (when I visited at least) one of the stricter cities. Girls would run if they were with you and a police officer made an appearance. On the other hand, in Santiago you could walk hand in hand past police and they wouldn't raise an eyebrow.
In Santa Lucia over the last several years, girls would scatter if they were sitting with you in the disco when the police made their frequent walk throughs. Those usually occured every hour or less. This year there were no police walk throughs in the disco and no problem associating with girls. But next week the climate could just as easily sway back. You never know in Cuba.
