As I suspected they would. I guess the Cops agree with my take of the events.

Truck driver charged after car pushed sideways on Hwy. 401

A truck driver who wildly slammed another vehicle into the shoulder of the Hwy. 401 has been charged by the OPP.

Dashcam video of the Jan. 13 incident went viral after footage showed a dump truck pushing a car sideways in the eastbound lanes of the highway at Bayview Ave.

No one was injured and the driver of the pushy commercial truck had claimed he didn’t see what was happening in front of him as he changed lanes.

The OPP didn’t buy that.

“Charges laid: The driver of the construction truck, a 50 year old man from Whitby Ontario has been charged with Careless driving in relation to this incident from January 13, 2020,” The OPP tweeted.

He got off lightly IMO and is lucky with that charge. Glad the OPP saw above it lol Probably truck driver got triggered then later regretted it once he realized the cause of his impulses.
