They're = they are. They're drinking some beer.

To= addressing someone or giving direction. ie: To the mailman, please take this package to the post office.
Two = a number greater than one and less than three.
Too= It means more or less than the right amount. It can also mean also.

To the person who took two beers, you drank too much. I wanted one too. Return to the store and get more
