Trying to download a Poker program from bowmans.com
an info bar appears ( the one that comes with Service PK 2)
for a second and wont allow the download.

What do turn off so I`ll be able to
download.

sounds as if you are refering to the pop-up bar

you can click on it to temporaraly allow pop-up for the page you have open.

Hope this helps. But based on the information you gave, I am only guessing.

i do click on it and it does nothing.

Did some research and after clicking the download button
hold ctrl key and the program downloads.
