Will the billionaire be treated the way Kyrie Irving has been?
Kyrie made an tweet and was punished beyond reason.

Jerry Jones is literally standing with racist people, won't apologize for it and nobody has a problem.

It's ok to be racist to black people, but the moment black people stand up and push back, we're troublesome, aggressive, violent, unruly, anti-Semitic (whatever that means), thugs and everything else under the sun.

He was 15 at the time. This picture has nothing to do with the Cowboys or the NFL.
Do you want to screen every owner and team executive life history before they gain employment? So what if Jerry got into a screaming match with a girl in kindergarten? Does this mean he hates all women and should be barred from the NFL?
Use your common sense for once.

Use your common sense. Did he even say he was sorry? No.

He didn't even apologize for this. He said he was just curious. Bullshit, he's not Forrest Gump, he knows what he was there for.

He was caught on the wrong side of history and you are making excuses for him.

He grew up in that time where things where changing and the majority of his elders (parents, teachers, neighbors, etc.) were not too happy with the changing times.

Hard for those kids/teens to not be influenced and supportive of them. Peer pressure would have forced him to stick with his family and friends.

As he got older and became accountable for his decisions in life, it was up to him to decide which side of the fence he wanted to be on.

Thing is, people like him (in the spot light), generally show an effort of publicly supporting the changing world and prove it by associating/hiring people of color to outwardly show that support. So far he has not been as supportive in this area as some of his peers.

Whether he is racist or not, I have no idea. I have never heard of him being associated with this in anyway, until this thread on Terb came along.

Yet the league didn't completely ban him as they did Sterling and Sarver.

Seems that the NBA comes down pretty hard on racism towards black people, even when those people are the owners.

We could get insight into that if he ever disavowed or apologized for his childhood actions.

Being a public figure so it is fair game to ask him comments on his past.

I watch a game just for the actual game.

Makes me ponder why have anthems at all?

Just treat people the way you want to be treated. Regardless of the pigment of their skin or religion or how they present themselves.

There no need for this ''social justice'' ideology veiled to divide people.

Of course the politicians would be scurrying to find the next issue they could leverage for votes. Always been that way and always will be that way.

As for Jones. He's been around a long time. He like all of us has made mistakes. Let the one who hasn't made a bad call somewhere down the road stand in judgement.
Jones needs to answer himself. If he denounces past actions, I would admire that. If he remains silent… then nope.

He shouldn't have been banned in the first place. He made no statement.

How is selling a team and making billions of dollars in the process coming down hard on owners. Those poor NBA owners. 🤣

Does MAGA like 1957 ? Would they like this AGAIN ? Yes they would, but no they can’t and that is what much of Trump’s sycophants are livid about.

I don’t know why it does that…but it f you click the link on the screen that says “Watch on YouTube” it will take you to the YouTube site....
When you watch the video on Youtube, you are also exposed to the sponsoring ads, which sometimes you can skip after a few seconds, and other times you have to wait until they finish before you can view the selected video.

The ads don't play when the video is hotlinked into a forum post. The content owner, in this case, can disable the linking option.

I'm still trying to find a way to post post links to videos from my YouTube channel that are blocked from the public to TERB threads. YouTube disabled the method I used to use. It's difficult to test that without using two different computers, or a third party assistant. I can see the video links when I'm signed in to the YouTube account, but no one else can.

I think you can upload ANYTHING to YouTube, including porn, provided that you set the viewing status as Private. It's only video intended for a public audience that is subject to content censorship or copyright claim. I never add tags to the descriptions because that would increase the number of views, and YouTube automatically adds advertising before a video after a specific number of views, or if a copyright claim is made, but the rights holder does not elect to block the upload from public view. Videos blocked by copyright claim essentially become Private; anyone logged in to the account can still see them, but no one else can. These are the ones I'm trying to covertly link to forum posts.
