Court case question.

I have seen situations in court where the judge dismissed a case base on his own personal feelings and a sob story. I was in court years ago on a excessive speed in a school zone ticket that was given to me by a rabid lesby man hating cop. I would like to know if a judge has the discretion to dismiss a case without hearing the evidence in the case.

Montreal Case : ( ahead of my case )

An old Jamaican woman ( over 75 ) was working the night shift cleaning offices, she had no place to park during a snow storm so she parked in front of the downtown office building where there were signs for street snow cleaning. She place a hand written note in the window of her car.: "Do not tow this car" The car was ticketed and towed away. Clearly she is in violation of the law. The judge dismissed the case Base only on this information. Was this legal? Clearly the judge felt bad for the old woman still working at 75 years old.

My case :

I was given a ticket by the infamous angry lesby cop Stéphanie Trudeau. She was pulling over 5-6 cars at a time ( any car that came down that street ) in a school zone to give people tickets for going over 30 kph. Without using a laser gun to determine speed. I was able to prove this since her own ticket log showed that she issued 5 tickets within a 15 minute period on a quiet side street. My ticket was dropped.

The infamous angry lesby cop Stéphanie Trudeau was later fired from the force after she was convicted of numerous excessive force and assault charges. The court ordered that she could never work in law enforcement. She asked the court to expunge her criminal record so that she could get a security guard permit ( which is easier to get than a dog license ), but the court refused.

That's why they call them a Judge. He uses his judgement to determine weather you pay the piper or walk.

So if you showed up in court with huge breast augmentations the judge will let you off? Where is the justice and law in this?

The less important a case is, the more the judge just simply goes with his / her gut instinct on who's the "good guy" and who's the asshole.

But you can never bet on the judge doing this. And the more important the case, the more the judge will play it by the book.

the justice usually is in the right boob and the law is in the left boob.

About your original question: the judge cannot dismiss a case like that but the prosecutor would be expected to pull what is not appropriate to prosecute.

I was shocked when I entered court and saw how Judge basically decided your case on whether or not he liked you. People think that we have laws and rules, but even the top notch lawyers say it's all about who your judge is if you're successful in your case or not. I remember asking my lawyer how that makes sense, asking "Don't we have laws? Why does it matter who the Judge is or how I dress for court?"

Apparently it's all BS. The Judges are some of the DUMBEST people you'll ever meet. Especially Family Court Judges. If you're man in a family court, you may as well just quit and walk out as you'll never get anywhere with a Family Court Judge.

I wouldn't say quit and walk out. That's what they would you rather do to make it easier for them. They're very lazy yet feel entitled as if they are somebody.

You just don't know how to read the script. The judge and the lawyers are in a different movie from you.

Although, Johnny Depp seemed to find a lawyer willing to put in the work for him. In hind site I would have retained her. camille-vasquez.jpg
