She was driving an expensive car doing 110 mph in a 65 zone. She got off easy.

She was
-young
-beautiful
-a woman
-white
-wealthy

Do these things affect the way she was treated? Had it been a black man, would the cop have treated him the same way and just given him a ticket?

It's always been like this. It will remain this way until robots or AI can authorize tickets without human interaction. I'm sure facial recognition and speed cameras are not far from reality.

But 110 in a 65 doesn't deserve any forgiveness. Both you and I would be given a ticket going over 15.

Completely different interaction.

In the OP's scenario, the guilty party pulled over, kept the window down, and remained calm and polite.

Quite the opposite in your example, but those differences are probably too obvious for you.
He's just trolling isn't he?..lol...I mean the couple here were cordial and polite. Unlike Tyreek the self entitled superstar.

Life is a lot more fare to some than others and your sentiments obviously reflect someone who's never experienced much of the real unfairness that happens to some. But, if you ever experience real unfairness you'll probably be winning and crying like a little bitch

Of course it was different. And it just shows how quickly a police interaction can go south when a black man asserts his rights.
