Francis Ford Copolla wanted an actor who could do the swagger of Don Fanucci, who spoke fluent Sicilian. The film would not have become so legendary without him.
Years later I saw Friends of Mine, Gastone Moischin claimed he saw the Virgin Mary. Adolphi Celli (Thunderball) as Dr. Supercazzonne!
