I thought that he'd be eligible for parole after doing 1/3 or 1/2 of his sentence; but, nope, he's got to do something like 66 months of his total 78 month sentence before he can apply for parole in October 2013.

If he'd kept his Canadian citizenship he could have served his sentence in Canada and applied for parole much sooner under Canadian laws.

Wonder if Barbara is going to get tired of waiting and throw him under the bus? You know the idea has crossed her mind.

Perhaps, but everything I've read or heard about him indicates that when he is convinced he's right, he'll stay and fight. Is that noble or stupid - only time will tell.

environment, where he has no ambitious wife to cater to and no
problems or decisions to deal with on a frequent basis.
