Condos In Toronto

I'm moving back to Toronto this summer and I was considering getting a condo. I've been looking around and there seems to be some newly built condos in the Yonge and Finch area, does anyone have any suggestions with any other good locations to look into?

Geezuz, they are all over the downtown core...take your pick, I think it'll really be a good idea to look around a bit.....facilities, location etc and they are all competitive.....

Yonge & Eglinton, www.mintomidtown.com. You can buy now but won't move in until 2008 though.

depends if you have a car, where you work, where you play, if you like it busy or quiet, if you want a security guard or not, if you want a pool and gym in your condo, near a subway, near a highway, near a good school, near a mcdonald's, near a sc, near a mp, near tennis courts, waterfront view, how much you have to spend, etc. etc. etc.

Pick something that will have good resale. A lot of the downtown condos are tiny. Consider the neighbourhood - Yonge and Eglinton is upscale, has a lot of amenities and is also close to the TTC.

I do want a property that will have good resale. I used live in a condo near Yonge and Finch and it was newly built, about a year when I moved in, but the builder was terrible (lots of floods ect..)

As far as location, I'm considering the Yonge and Finch area, Yonge and Empress, and the Yonge and College area...But I have to say that I'm the Yonge and Eglinton area does sound appealing since I'm looking for something more upscale...

PM if you want info once you have some buildings and builders narrowed down. I can giive you advice on who the best builders are. Going with the best builder is your best assurance you'll be happy with what you get.
