It is less common for men, but you can get yeast infections as well, and they are not necessarily spread via sexual contact (although that can be one route). Antibiotics in particular can bring about a yeast infection.

I'm in the same boat. I usually bring my own and once I arrive check with the woman. Regular condoms are just way too tight and it just kills the mood when the condom bloody well hurts!
Ive watched candid interviews with female pornstars who say that most of the guys who they choose for porn are uncomfortably big.
